One of the main focus of Blueeyes Productions has been the production of features films and to this date the company has produced eight films which are listed here below.

Lara Summerland

Summerland (2010)
A film by Grimur Hakonarson
An arthouse comedy about an ordinary family running the unusual business of elf tourism and spiritual sessions. Their house is built around an elf stone, which is sacred to the wife Lara, who is blessed with a sixth sense. When they get an offer to sell the stone at a high price, her husband Óskar is really tempted.

Reykjavík-Rotterdam (2008)
A film by Oskar Jonasson
Like a fish on a dry land, Kristofer is stuck in a dull everyday routine, working as a security guard. He got fired from the freight ship he worked on, when he was caught smuggling alcohol. Faced with money problems, he is tempted to accept the help of his friend, Steingrimur, who manages to pull some strings to get his old job back. He decides to take his chances one last time on a tour to Rotterdam.

White Night Wedding (2008)
A film by Baltasar Kormákur
Jon, a middle-aged professor is about to get married for the second time.  This time to a young woman, half his age.  There are those who oppose to the marriage, including his future parents-in-law. 
When the guests start flocking to the island where the marriage is to be held, the groom starts getting cold feet.   His mind goes back to the year before, when he moved to the island with his first wife.

Jar City (2006)

While a desperate, young father tries to find out what led to the death of his five year old girl, Inspector Erlendur investigates the murder of an elderly loner in a run-down basement flat.  The Inspector and his crew don’t have much to go by in the investigation, but a photograph of a young girl’s grave gives them a lead. They discover that many years ago the victim was accused, though not convicted, of horrible crimes. Did the old man’s past come back to haunt him? As Erlendur reopens this very cold case, he follows a trail of unusual forensic evidence, uncovering secrets that are much larger than the murder of one old man – with clues knit into the genetic bloodline of an entire country.

A Little Trip to Heaven (2005)

After a suspicious fatal car accident in Hastings where the identity of the victim was forged, the Quality Life insurance company sends their smart investigator Abe Holt to identify the body. The unique beneficiary of the one million dollars death benefit is the sister of the victim, Isold, who lives with her son Thor and her husband Fred in a poor cabin in the middle of nowhere. Along the investigation, Abe discloses the truth about the fraud, but feels sorry for Isold and Thor and tries to help them with tragic consequences.

Dís (2004)

Dís, 23, is still to decide what to do with her life. Obsessed by the thought of being "abnormally normal", a mere photocopy of long lost original, she wanders from one odd job to another and tries out various cources at the University. A guiding light comes her way from an unexpected direction.

Stormy Weather (2003)
A film by Solveig Anspach
In Stormy Weather, Icelandic director Solveig Anspach explores the close relationship between a psychiatrist, Dora (Élodie Bouchez), and a mysterious, uncommunicative patient, Cora (Didda Jónsdóttir), who is given to sudden and violent tantrums. Dora is intrigued and takes a personal, almost possessive, interest in her patient, spending long hours after work talking about her intimate childhood memories, trying to break through the barrier of silence. When Cora is transferred back to a small isolated island in Iceland, Dora follows her, and a series of traumatic events unfold.

101 Reykjavik (2000)
A film by Baltasar Kormákur
A 30 year old man still lives with his mother and spends his days drinking, watching porn and surfing the net. His mothers Spanish flamenco teacher (Victoria Abril-Lola) moves in with them for Christmas. On New Years eve, while his mother is away he finds out Lola is a lesbian, but also ends up having rampart, drunken sex with her. His mother returns only to break the news she is also a lesbian and her and Lola are in love. Lola becomes pregnant with his child and she and his mother plan to bring the baby up together. Failing in his suicide attempt, he matures, gets a job, and lives together with his mother, her lover and their (his) baby boy.
